Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of English Muffin Mix
  • 2 TBSP of cream cheese
  • 1 TBSP of shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 180C
  2. Melt cream cheese and Mozzarella in a microwave safe dish, stir in egg and mix well
  3. Add in the English Muffin packet mix and stir until well combined, top with your favourite seasoning or seeds
  4. Press into silicon bagel or donut moulds and bake into oven for 10-12 minutes - let cool before slicing
